No any words as can't say any good things about Rexnord Electronics and Control Ltd. As can see that, company is getting write good things here by some people's to improve ratings virtually but they need to improve things internally. They are best in tricking employees and pretending to be so good.

Dislikes

Everything to dislike in this company. Sales people have to make 4 visit daily. They don't care what designation is your and what level of experience you have. Performance is calculated every week. No job security.

Good company to work and joining process was done smoothly by the HR with all their support to employees. Management is good and supportive. Team members are helpful and polite.
