worst experience,poor management-They purposely dont provide any Documents to the employees-Stay Away. You can easily get a job here if you have some knowledge or not. Even if you are a fresher you will be put directly in the oven of projects with no one to guide or help you. 1) DONT FALL FOR THIS WORST COMPANY THEY PURPOSELY DONT PROVIDE YOU ANY DOCUMENT LIKE OFFER LETTER,JOINING LETTER,APPOINTMENT LETTER,SALARY SLEEPS,INCREMENT LETTERS. 2) NOT A SINGLE EMPLOYEE WHO LEFT THIS COMPANY HAPPILY-THEY HAVE TORTURED EVERY ONE FOR DOCUMENTS AND MOST OF THE EMPLOYEES WORKING THERE FROM 2YESRS,3YEARS AND MORE DONT HAVE ANY PROPER DOCUMENT. NO WORK LIFE BALANCE WORK CULTURE AND COMPANY ENVIRONMENT IS TOXIC. NO FIVE DAYS WORK CULTURE & TOO MUCH WORK PRESSURE HERE. Developers are treated as a slave here, work life balance is worst. you have to work 15 hrs, some good people who works honestly does not get any recognition here. Attitude of MD and Director is like you are a slave, non-technical people who does not have any technical background judges developers and ask developers to complete the work in a night which is actual 10 days work and sometimes they cuts down your 3k-6k of salary by saying you giving foolish reason like you did not finished your task in given time you took 5min extra so 5k salary is deducted,1000rs per minute. LIARS...LIARS....LIARS....LIARS NOT RECOMMENDED TO EXPERIENCE PEOPLES,JUST STAY AWAY. They dont provide any documents to their employees,most of the employees not having any document. You will be treated as a labor and will be forced to work till midnight everyday. Management is the worst part of this company. Never tell anyone to Join this company. You learn a lot. And company environment is good. Those can definitely try who really want to achieve growth in knowledge. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

I liked work culture and learning at Rexaware. We had good team and management bonding. The project are mostly e-governance so there is huge learning and also responsibility. They have some really nice projects and that gives a good learning experience.

Dislikes

I wish Rexaware should have all Saturdays off facility. Right now they give off for 2 Saturdays (odd/even). Also, should provide in-city transport facilities.

Work Details

I was part of a project in Uttar Pradesh. Our development was completely from Pune. I had to interact with UP support team and sometimes get direct inputs from PM. I was involved in coding, testing and deployment of project. It was a 2 year project.
