worst experience,poor management-They purposely dont provide any Documents to the employees-Stay Away. You can easily get a job here if you have some knowledge or not. Even if you are a fresher you will be put directly in the oven of projects with no one to guide or help you. 1) DONT FALL FOR THIS WORST COMPANY THEY PURPOSELY DONT PROVIDE YOU ANY DOCUMENT LIKE OFFER LETTER,JOINING LETTER,APPOINTMENT LETTER,SALARY SLEEPS,INCREMENT LETTERS. 2) NOT A SINGLE EMPLOYEE WHO LEFT THIS COMPANY HAPPILY-THEY HAVE TORTURED EVERY ONE FOR DOCUMENTS AND MOST OF THE EMPLOYEES WORKING THERE FROM 2YESRS,3YEARS AND MORE DONT HAVE ANY PROPER DOCUMENT. NO WORK LIFE BALANCE WORK CULTURE AND COMPANY ENVIRONMENT IS TOXIC. NO FIVE DAYS WORK CULTURE & TOO MUCH WORK PRESSURE HERE. Developers are treated as a slave here, work life balance is worst. you have to work 15 hrs, some good people who works honestly does not get any recognition here. Attitude of MD and Director is like you are a slave, non-technical people who does not have any technical background judges developers and ask developers to complete the work in a night which is actual 10 days work and sometimes they cuts down your 3k-6k of salary by saying you giving foolish reason like you did not finished your task in given time you took 5min extra so 5k salary is deducted,1000rs per minute. Because of poor management inter/intra team communication gets very bad, and so on, so on. NOT RECOMMENDED TO EXPERIENCE PEOPLES,JUST STAY AWAY.

LIARS...LIARS....LIARS....LIARS NOT RECOMMENDED TO EXPERIENCE PEOPLES,JUST STAY AWAY. They dont provide any documents to their employees,most of the employees not having any document. You will be treated as a labor and will be forced to work till midnight everyday. Management is the worst part of this company. Never tell anyone to Join this company. You will be fired when ever they want and will be abused every day. Nothing to learn New,Dont ruin your future here.

This company itself is a drawback to candidates future. 1) You will not get any DOCUMENTS like offer,Joining,Increment,Experience or Termination letters and most imp forgot about the pay sleep you will never get it. 2) You will be put in the HELL for your rest of the life for joining this company.Too much work pressure is there. 3) EXPERIENCED AND FRESHERS ALSO keep a safe distance from this fraud company, Freshers will not get any thing to learn new but will get abusing words on daily basis from MD and Director. 4) NO work life balance at all No 5 days work culture you will have to work on Sundays also.No Paid Leaves. 5) Your payment will be deducted every time they gave any party.Your 4k-8k will be deducted every time if they arrange any farewell or any samosha or small wadapav party. 6) You will be fined 1000rs per MINUTE if you need some more time to understand the code or need some extra time to complete any activity.(But they will not fine them self for not providing documents for years) 7) Owner will treat you like a labor and will abuse you on daily basis AND will force you to work till 11-12.00 pm in the night any will command you to come early in the office at 7.00Am. In time is there but NO OUT TIME. 8) Instead of learning and discussing new ideas new tech with MD and Directors,You will have to discuss and beg for your documents like salary slip,joining letter,experience letter. 9) This is the First company in the world who gives OFFER LETTER after 1-2 months of Joining and lots of requests by the employees.And when you finally get it then they purposely do some mistakes in these letters and take it back for corrections and cycles continues again n again. TOO MANY MORE DRAWBACKS ARE THERE DONT EVEN THINK OF APPLYING TO THIS WORST COMPANY IF YOU JOINED BY MISTAKENLY THEN GOD TO CANT DO ANYTHING EVEN RAJNIKANT WONT BE ABLE TO SAVE YOU.

No proper management, company has potential but it is not up to the mark, if you are someone who doesn't care about anything else and just learning then only join. I won't recommend experienced personal.
