The life at RLG was terrible. In order to survive the job we were asked to do certain tasks and sign certain documents on our name that were unethical and illegal in terms of the company.It was all about pleasing the MD.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
