As a fresher you can get to explore certain areas of the field and experiment with the tasks at hand

Micromanagement, No wok life balance, company is high on politics, no professional organisational structure, poor work environment, no skill development support, no work satisfaction, no proper appreciation for the work.

Work Details

The life at RLG was terrible. In order to survive the job we were asked to do certain tasks and sign certain documents on our name that were unethical and illegal in terms of the company.It was all about pleasing the MD.
