I have more control over my work with little to no Micromanagement.

They change policies as they want to keep up with their profit. People have lost interest in actually building a product Most importantly, they did not give the entire last year's variable pay(2+ lakhs) for me and of course 0 increment. One of the poorest management hierarchies, the company st ill follows a college level tech management system</mark>. Reverie is first company that I am working for and it's been good to work here. Colleagues are good too and management also good but appraisal part I am not satisfied with this they should value the staffs like product supporter.

Team mates and team leader both are supportive as I was new in this field. Even management is cooperative.

I didn't notice anything which I dislike in it. Instead of it learn new things.

Work Details

The job in a company was quite interesting as it was new experience for me to do a job in a company. During training I learnt a lot. My bad luck that I didn't spend long time in this company.
