Great technology stack to work upon. One can expect to learn length and breadth of different technology. Good exposure to different cloud infrastructure. Had a great learning with good colleagues who were supportive in all situations.

Dislikes

Compensation is less compared to other similar funded companies. No food facility in house. Iteration rate is high.

Company is good for fresher, who want to start career with as software engineer. In terms of promotion it's good and appreciate work.

If you have been working from 3 year. You will be over stress work and interns of salary benifit it's very hard to manage the work life.

... up with their profit. People have lost interest in actually building a product Most importantly, they did not give the entire last year's variable pay(2+ lakhs) for me and of course 0 increment. One of the poorest management hierarchies, the company still follows a college level tech management system. " yeh fix kardo, woh kardo" without any complete description or business requirements. No one cares who gets the work done as long as it gets done( I guess common in all companies) No other benefits or activities other than salaries. They have almost no funding of their own, they're acquired majorly by jio who just exploits them and ultimately exploits you.

These guys will offer you work. Once you complete it, they would say the quality is poor, so they won't pay. I had this experience twice. When I asked them to show at least one example of what they accuse, they could not show one. I was really shocked. I see that this guys are undertaken by Reliance Industries. So, no one can do anything.

Where shall I start from, salary offered is very low, HRs after hiring you will remain confused if they really want you or not, don't know about other departments but in translation services team your senior colleagues will be your managers and assessors and they would decide if you are gonna stay or not (so you will have to butter them) if you ever mistakenly think of highlighting these issues then you are the one receiving a warning letter, work life balance is horrible with inhumane targets given to achieve, no rewards given without oiling managers and seniors. Last but not the least the location of the office is a terrible one though its not required as of now but its a fact! You are not given any training but you will be expected to work as per the seniors who have 2-3 years of experience and if you commit any mistake then your work would be scrutinized like hell and your seniors would behave as if they are professors of that language. In short please beware and donot join this company ever ever!
