Work life balance upto a certain extent. Reputation outside work-life. Being a part of a global news agency.

Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

Lowest salaries. Favourtism inside newsroom. Bangalore newsroom (largest) is like a cheap rat for the larger Reuters. Bangalore managers don't advocate for higher salaries for Indians, while their salaries are way too high.

Avoid procrastination by staying focused on goals and prioritizing tasks. 4. Focus on personal growth, rather than comparing yourself to others. 5. Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
