Company do not care about employee personal life, they want you to work till 11pm as normal day and even till 1am or 2am sometimes. 2. No any leave will be given to employees. 3. Bright Life Care & Health Kart are same company and both are Pathetic Company. They are sacking people during this Covid-19 Lock down stating that they doesn't have revenue to support business. They doesn't have any business continuity plan. However, this is not the first time they are sacking people without any reason they did this before as well. If you are joining Health Kart, then i am sorry to say this your career is at risk and you are standing on the cliff. Taking the career of 250+ employees and decide their faith as they are God is seriously putting the employees at the complete risk to survive in this pandemic. Pros - Only pros is Good Salary which they offer at starting But Cons: Extra working hours on daily basis Poor Top Management No employee welfare, No satisfaction of work Poor work culture, everyone in Health Kart only talk about "Koi Aur Naukri Lagwa do" Highly career disoriented and No competitive work, Poor work flow balance...Read More

They are not providing any training, Career grwoth will stop, High politics at top level which also affect employees at lower level , Work Environment is very poor, No one knows what to do and how to do, Innovation and improvements are highly money oriented and, Work life totally unbalanced .

Working full time in Healthkart also known as bright life care private limited for more than one year and I strongly suggest Not to Join Healthkart or Bright Lifecare Pvt Ltd.
