I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Nicest incentives plan and freedom for taking decision for growth of store revenue.

Dislikes

No annual increament and promotions is very slow. And people leading always tends to give overtime on job so the expectation is to work for even 10-12hour a day. Inspite no recognition rather you are productive.

Pressure from seniors were less, as a store manager you actually feel like you own the store. They ask you before taking important decisions about store

Dislikes

Taking leaves were a hard task.. Even if you have 60+ leaves in Ur account. If you ask for more than 3 days leaves , majority of time answer is no unless its emergency.
