- Earlier, RM was a great place to work but in recent scenario, RM is a big mess. - Work life balance is good because a lot number of people are actually not adding any value to the company. They are left with very little or no work at all. - Firing is going on. - Marketing division keep making stories to keep a good name in the market. - Domestic division is in great debt, might not survive even. - Kolkata branch got shut because the vendors did stone pelting, as their payments are due since a long-long time. - Everyone in the office is being asked to work for free for three months (through a proper survey). - The dept. with least ROI is being given the most importance. -Salaries delayed up to the 3rd week of the month. Employees keep begging the HRs through mails and phone calls but get no replies. - No funding till now. - People are being hired and fired within a span of 2-3 months as per company's requirements....Read More

Dislikes

No employee support, no work life balance, zero understanding from reporting and senior panel management. Specially the HR Head, she herself have zero knowledge on software and HR policies. But when you guide or take initiate, she will pull you out of the room. Being HR she use to raise questions on employee behavior, their nature and even on character. She always needs special importance and a person who can walk behind her. No understanding and coordination to HR department, she can easily say anything on the floor. Being HR where you need to be transparent and loyal, she is the one who play highest politics. Pathetic work culture- zero job security.
