It’s a fast pace working environment which provides you a lot of opportunities to learn, which is great to develop your skills at all the levels.

Dislikes

No SOPs, rushed decisions, no long term vision, poor information exchange between teams. Most horrible is the HR. Recently, they are not being able to disburse salaries. They immediately started laying off, which is still understandable. But they expect their employee to do all the work even over weekends, not get paid, sign everything in favour of the company, n leave. For most of the people they owe them minimum of one month to 3 months of salaries + Reimbursements! And FnF is far from real to be processed as HR has not bothered to clear anything to us!...Read More

Everything here is a dislike you learn nothing ...and no job security nothing is there ...u are asked to not to come to work from next day with no reason and when your manager is always on vacation...no salary are paid on time ...it's a mess of Mayank Tiwari ...I think it will get shut down in few following months .

Business Heads are least knowledgable about handling the division/sector & only skilled at showcasing others work credit as theirs to secure good rapport for thier own promotions/renumerations.
