I joined here 3 months ago. I was asked there will be an work from home option and you will get leaves. All of sudden HR has removed all leaves for employees on probation. Moreover, they are imposing pay cut if you dont complete 9 hours in office! In an era of hybrid work culture, they are actually moving towards dark ages. New joiners are not respected and HR gets involved in playing dirty games. There is no job security. Favoritism is at its peak. All business guys are making money and freshers like us grind themselves but dont get leaves even. Toxic work culture is promoted by HR.
