They always steal your ideas and grow their career. Mislead you. Very Bad Regional Manager. Not giving proper information. No one can help you. No job security. Regional manager called you only when he has urgent work. Otherwise he never picking up the call on time. Never motivated the employees. If you ask him any information he always kept mum. If you have talent don't make a mistake to join this dummy company. They always work on reverse psychology.
