It's a growing company with a familiar environment for employees and many opportunities for growth.

Dislikes

Among all the companies I've worked at so far, Edelweiss was the best. I had no issues with the company itself, its environment, or culture. However, I did have issues with the manager, their behavior, and their partiality toward employees.
