I like going to the office everyday. The vibes are good. The office is super cool and Modern. The best part is the children and working for and with them. I wonder sometimes we have so many things to complain. But once you meet with the children how gifted you are. The seniors are nice. I have shifted from different company where i was managing sales, Where my seniors made my life hell with their words. Things here are different. The seniors are really supportive. They take care of us and the children. The job requires traveling, personally I like traveling, it's way better than sitting in front of a PC all day and month. It keeps me fit. Surprisingly They are genourus with holidays and leaves. My job is to get funds. Well somedays I m good somedays bad. But I hit my goals and some times targets and incentives too. And yes salary is fixed. Saw some loser writing that is not, man you got to be good. No free lunch. I used to work my *** off in my last company always used to get salary 2 months late. Dislikes

The clients they talk rubbish. They will give all the reasons in the world why they should give you funds for children. I guess all clients are same everywhere. Or else they wouldn't have needed us. The job is challenges you. I don't know which job doesn't. Wish salary was little better. But atleast they come on time 7th of every month. Too much training. Everyday. I wish Saturday's were off.
