Everything is worst. No holiday policy, no employee welfare, no work culture, no celebration of any Indian or International festivals. Regularly employees are asked to extend their shifts from 9 hours to 11-12 hours per day. Name of this company is only Republic otherwise you find all the HOD and bosses are Fully democratic in the manner of management and targets. If you are fan of Arnab ji then you will work here otherwise sure you will exit within couple of months as there is not any type of training for new joiners they assign task from your first day.

Dislikes

There is all things that are disliked by 90% of employees like worst management, toxic bosses, 365 days working because they always assign task to you on your week off day and also at the time when you are on leave, this company is currently running in under-construction building which is very unethical.

In the beginning it was all good. Good culture, good people, good policy. But with time, the team changed, motto changed, policies changed. The company does nothing for the welfare of employees.

Bad work culture Too much pressure , stress other than work Politics Favouritism by leaders who bring their ex employees to the team. Salary deducted for taking sick leaves for more days or taking sudden leaves. Even if it's an emergency. Leave request gets declines Work hours keep extending from 9 officially to 10-12 hours unofficially Your team leader will treat you badly, scold you, shout on you infront of people. That's why people at republic leave the company even before completing one year. Work targets soar every few months, even if the previous targets are never met. If you are not from media then u get an exposure to media industry , and the brand name can be a plus.Working here can increase your level to work under pressure as new requirments come up on a frequnt basis.

Dislikes

I mean it's literally chaos here, no work life balance, ok they pay good but they make u work overtime literally every other day,, which makes the fact that they pay u null and void, also even if u are hired for a designation..u will have to do a load of other work which is not even concerned to your profile. No holidays, no wfh and no work life balance at all.
