Ambience is good being a part of Repose family, being a fresher I got a great learnings and experience by working there,great team and a leader, one thing is salary must be given/hiked by looking their hardworks other than great place to work with such experienced people's. I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
