I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. We are not posted near Location. Work culture is very bad. There is no skill development area. There is no training. One year for confirmation but they are not willing to confirm everyone. If you need any promotion you have wait 5 years not possible. There is no extra benefit like incentives
