the top mgmt is bothered to nothing so far as their 'bottom line' (i.e. profit) is concerned, they only listen to the forlorn. Yes, if you are extremely forlorn, you have a *good future in 'renu' but if you are very straightforward with your beliefs, 'renu' is certainly not an excellent company to work with. You will be promoted if you believe in the 'monkey see monkey do' policy. Though you have lots of ideas for the betterment/quality of products, you will not be listened to if you aren't in favour of mgmt. The increment policy is not that neat. Again, if you favor mgmt, you will get 'ok' increment, don't think if you counter them. Lots of negative issues are there to state, but some words are restricted to explain neatly.
