I like the company culture and neat and clean work place as well as the environment and also safety rules and regulations were strictly followed by company that is very important in every company. i am very proud to do apprenticeship in RENAULT NISSAN AUTOMOTIVE INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED.

Renault Nissan is best company. Its my pleasure to work here. I am working as a apprentice . But now I need a permanent role in Renault Nissan. And its my opinion not dislike and there is no dislike about my company

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
