The management is busy with two three people, no opportunity for new people, and if you raise your voice then you will be sidelined in all prospective, no paperwork formality if you are leaving school they behave very badly.

Dislikes

No person and professional growth, no proper salary increment, anyone who even don't have any experience will be given the opportunity despite your competency. Huge diversion in salary between principal and teachers, the principal is getting salary according to government norms but teachers are not.
