I like my school because teachers are very kind to me. My school arranges us entertainment programmes every month. My school has a very big playground.

Dislikes

children tend to be talkative and restless. So, the lack of freedom becomes the most common reason for hating school. In a school, students are confined to a classroom and must ask for permission for almost all actions.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
