I was the founder principal.So took a lot of pain to establish the school for more than 4 years.It was a very satisfying tenure.

It is good school for metro and cosmopolitan cities but really bad for suburb areas where one doesnt find well qualified facaulty and stakeholder who can help their wards with kind of hots questions home activities or even homework, where regional language dominates and localities are less global welcoming or interstate culture even . Curriculum is comparatively high level for rural areas .Training are given but if the students dont have strong basics all trainings are useless.salaries offered are less than what we call decent for this kind of curriculum .At places franchies owners are themselves not very well versed with the curriculum and are stubborn to accept the fact that they have picked quantity not quality to impart education of such high level which aims at global citizen and futuristic leaders which actually becomes mockery when faculty to impress the (not all ) but some regional directors hoodwink and play smart in front of them. To conclude first franchise owners should be given trainings so that they understand that to teach such a curriculum highly qualified and well paid faculty is required and the taught should at least know the basics ....Read More

Anomalies in salary payment, Illiterate Management of the school, Most of the illiterate kith and keens of the management (almost 60 percent of staff) often use to interfere in school administration and management and when their negative role was brought into the limelight, management never used to take any action. Initially, I found that most of the things which is required to establish a CBSE school, was not there in reality and they had the documents/certificates which were false.
