Dislikes

Compensation is very low and the work pressure high ,sometimes i have to work 14 hours straight for the critical work on site. Appreciation from management very rare and no any continues training for me as long as im working 5 years. Rema need to be improve on more management site.

Work Details

Honestly speaking my work is slightly challenging with client for the safety management but it is my carrier well as manage day to day operation site.But i stay on my toes by doing competitive benchmark studies on my own and following market trends.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
