Rema Tip Top is one of the best company and can learn new think about conveyor belt.The teamwork as such have good at workplace and highly take care about others.As a result i need to travel abroad especially to other project mining to get experience and also culture of Safety.Another plus point my colleagues come from other variouscultural background,and we work happily in collaboration.I also like the same situation for me to share my experiences with others let get new knowledge....Read More

Compensation is very low and the work pressure high ,sometimes i have to work 14 hours straight for the critical work on site. Appreciation from management very rare and no any continues training for me as long as im working 5 years. Rema need to be improve on more management site.

Honestly speaking my work is slightly challenging with client for the safety management but it is my carrier well as manage day to day operation site.But i stay on my toes by doing competitive benchmark studies on my own and following market trends.
