New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. Rema Tip Top is one of the best company and can learn new think about conveyor belt.The teamwork as such have good at workplace and highly take care about others.As a result i need to travel abroad especially to other project mining to get experience and also culture of Safety.Another plus point my colleagues come from other various cultural background,and we work happily in collaboration.I also like the same situation for me to share my experiences with others let get new knowledge.

Compensation is very low and the work pressure high ,sometimes i have to work 14 hours straight for the critical work on site. Appreciation from management very rare and no any continues training for me as long as im working 5 years. Rema need to be improve on more management site.
