It gives you opportunity to serve in projects that impact day to day life of normal citizens who commute daily on public transit.

Dislikes

Senior people who sit in their own cabins think of people serving under them with serious doubts on their skills. These people do not want new projects especially it challenges their much deteriorated & almost untested skill level. These same people make DIMTS a place with very high political culture. Add to this highly incompetent& corrupt HR which makes it worst place for growth oriented individuals....Read More

Worked as part of a same IT project for over 5 years with absolutely no challenge provided. No technology roadmap or Product road map. Didn't see any new project being won as senior management getting great salary and already enjoying retirement.

Nothing. Work culture is toxic. Full of obnoxious attitude. Seniors don't want juniors to grow. Minimal salary hike & job security. No increment from last three years in a row citing decrease in cash flow. Every body specially people in IT department are leaving. MD and others senior boot lockers take undue advantage by taking theirown promotion and hikes even when for others company is facing financial crunch. HR's decides their own salary for this they take counter sign of their people....Read More

Very bad company to work with neither a government company nor a private one. No increment for juniors from the last three years in a row. This company is best to destroy carriers of youngsters. Would you like to join a company which is full of corrupt HR's. Anybody even a person earning 2 lac per annum can be fired anytime if he or she does not fit into the eyes of few boot lockers.
