1. Job looks like secure, company didn't fire any employee even in Corona pandemic. 2. Work culture is excellent. 3. No pressure, management is good. 4. Company policies are also good, what they mentioned in policy, will surely give you on time.

Dislikes

I don't think I dislike anything in this company. Only as per my understanding a reward base training policy should be implemented.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting. Struggled in the beginning as there was no formal training session.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
