There are positive thing work in rotational shift. All managers are very supportive if you are support to them in such manner. The company vision is stay grow. company give you equal chance to get polish yourself and take responsibility for another level. All facilities are very consciously followed

Timing Issue there are huge timing issue. your shift time will start 830 am but you have to go in closing . not for girls they can go as per time shift. upper management level taking advantages when you done the work. like smart worker. Salary issue less salary high work load and sales pressure.

Most of the store managers are illiterate even they have not cleared Graduation. Mostly odisha people join the company and doing politics all over the industry. So much whistle blowers in the company. Too much politics make ur life frustrated and stressed.
