Reliance is one of the best companies out their, but again then it is my personal experience. The medical insurance it provides is the best in corporate world. From good campus, canteen, full access to coursera, Linkedin learning etc. gym, discounts on Ajio and other brands. to good work life balance Reliance stands apart.

Dislikes

There is no reward culture at Reliance, no one will recognize you for your hard work, extra efforts, solutions. Office Politics will make introverts and honest workers growth stagnant here because the promotion is in the hands of your manager.
