I like to here for SOP, with knowledgeable seniors of asm's small correction to company for salary increase and increment time to time should be happen because by this issue employees are lost him's life.

Only Medical benefit for parents is good, rest everything poor.

As an organization Reliance is good, but current management is pathetic. HR is worst in Reliance, Cluster Manager is only do one thing that is forwarding msgs and mails and creating SPOC from stores to devide his work, else nothing. VM is only for complaint against stores, they never help store team they always give commands to floor team. Firstly the salary of CSA should also be increased which is not being increased and CSA gives the same argument that the salary is low, this much salary can be got anywhere else. 2ed If the company hires new employees then it pays very high salary whereas on internal promotion the salary is increased very low and yearly increment is also very low, HO should look into all this

Overall company is quite good but still works in old ways.

A standard operating procedure in which no special preferences to achievers. They measure you on the basis of 15 min interview. Your hard work & your accomplishments go unnoticed. No special treatment or promotion. Those who struggle in day to day activities gets promoted but those who work hard & achieve higher standards for themselves & for company are still on same designation.
