Being a store manager we are treated as donkeys, and if a company is hiring store manager then reliance also hires a detective on store manager to monitor store and process. In other companies only store manager is the head but in reliance above store manager one detective will be there.. Who will not support when any customer quarrels with store manager regarding store exchange or products. He is so called ALPO. Area loss and prevention officer. Camera authority is given to ALPO not SM. If SM tells staff to do marketing in front of store and goes outside with them to monitor then this detective writes mail that no one is in store. And our area manager and operation team ask us to do marketing in front of store for increasing sale. We are being pressurised by both side. Specifically store managers. There was a issue of exchange of customer in store and for company benefit I didn't give discount on exchange and in other companies also discount is not applicable in exchange of product. The customer created a issue that why I have to pay extra amount on nèw product. Then he kept the product and went off without billing instead we have to him he has to give 1100 balance amount. In msg customer is telling he will pay only 300. I as SM had to pay his 800 amount. I informed to area manager regarding this he told you should give discount on exchange products. Our area manager instead of taking my side he was giving customer side. I am thinking about company profit and he told me why you want to benefit the company. I lost my 800.... I was really hearted and tensed the whole day. I recommend not to work in reliance. Instead work in other retail company....Read More

Should take out the ALPO.. And whole team because SM is a head of store and he is responsible is any issue is there then why the other team is kept to monitor. Exchange process is to lengthy and worst exchange process. Exchanging process should be simple. The management of reliance should think on these 2 points.
