First of all the better thing is that company have it's own SOP and latest technology. Job security part is also valuable here. Equality is also major part of this company. Growth is very slow. Politics is on higher side between top to bottom. Senior folks like me have to guide them step by step which is very pain full for decision making sometimes. Links and references have matter for promotion and updrade inspite of working/honesty/dedication. Increments % is also very low.

Truly speaking, my work is very challenging as I have been performed in various vertical and learning part is very critical .But I stay on my toes by doing competitive benchmark studies on my own & follow SOP. A great learning experience feel happy .
