As a corporate there should want a good working culture as a reliance smart,bazar, signature, stores I'm worked last4 months there Store mangers are very egoistic.their operations same like to the local merchants markers that much of dissatisfied

I have nothing to tell positive about reliance trends . One of the wrost decision i have taken in my life .

Company is not at all organised. There is no working life balance . They want to achieve all kpi . Their drive is not good . Merchandise team is very boring . They are always following 5 years back fashion trends in the products . There is only one week off in a week . Thatstoo they will cut . We have to work like a machine . Always straight shift without weekoff . Very poor work culture
