RRL exploits it's employees. Only those who roam around mangera chairs receive good grades and appraisals. Whoever is managers favourite gets hike any number of times despite of appraisal cycle. Just doing ones job is not enough, you have to keep highlighting it all the time. Completing 9hrs is mandatory otherwise they deduct your leaves from next year's quota. Saturday working is very common without any compensation or consideration. The pay is very less, you have to earn leaves. No other benefits are there like bonus or something.
