The compensation & benefits are not satisfactory & it's also not up to the mark. Sometimes you also not receive your incentives & salaries properly. Although the company is having very big brands franchisees but the growth opportunities are very lesser which needs to be fixed.

I worked in Reliance Lifestyle's Hamleys; Hamleys is a Toy brand; they have their own toys as well they sell other brands Toys also; organisation wise its a bigger organisation. If I talk about it's work culture and career growth in Hamleys then I must say that career growth is very poor because Toys market is very very small, and today's digital world is really growing very rapidly whereas in Hamleys it seems very slow. Only someone can work at Hamleys who is very beginner in retail career but if someone think about to do something big he/she shouldn't work for a long time in Hamleys. I work for 3 yrs at Hamleys and I did a mistake. Now I am working in electronics field and I think I should leave that company very earlier and should step into electronics field.
