Nothing is likable things here.. higher management not maintain grooming standard as per HR policy but they told everyone to maintain grooming standard... Example u can see Mr Abhiram ( cluster manager ) and Ashwin ( Regional manager)... This people always favour to Udupi and Mangalore side people.. they do partiality
