Need to change upper management team because they people not able to run store. Because as per our stock value every store keep around 20Cr . But our average sale every month around 80lac to 1Cr . It's means as per stock value we achieved only below 5℅. And every brand achieved as per stock value 25 to 30 ℅ every month. I woked with bluestone jewelry as senior executives Bluestone keep every store 1.5Cr to 2Cr andy month sale is 30 lac to 50 lac.
