Yearly compensation not getting on fixed month of the year. Company delaying every year the employee compensation and giving revised salary and benefits in diwali (sometime in month of October or November). No fixed time. Accomodation is provided for from the workplace daily it willtake 1hr 40 min morning and 2hrs in evening due to heavy traffic. No promotion No value for new ideas Good salary on paper but very less in-hand after cutting Very less increment

Toxic work culture in JWC . Wont advixe even my enemy to join. Management has zero skill in managing the team on a big event. They thing more the hand on the deck the better and for that they will make you work 12-14 hours a shift including nights for 2-3 months straight leading to the big event. Pathetic in case of Engineering team. The dictatorship of the HOD is horrendous. He will swear at you or may slap while team leads will merely glee at the view. He will at his whim take away the Entitled weekoffs or make things bad . He is not fit for such a position. Do not ever go to Jio world center even on Reliance payroll. you will sell all working there as sad souls roaming around...Read More

Nothing is likeable here, The CEO & WTD of this company made my life hell during my pregnancy, he alongwith some insensitive employees of the company, who are working here for more that 5 years tortured me mentally and made me to do up and down through stairs atleast 20 times a day, so that i do not claim my maternity benefit and give resignation just before the day i was about to go for maternity leave. and i further got to know that same thing happened with another female employee, who was working here before me. The management of this company is such that they even hide the magzine/newspaper to deduct 25 rs. of the newspaperprovider and they reduce fixed cost of the company to curtail cost. there is no increment in this company, you will be fired if u ask for increment....Read More
