Nothing much to like about this company, just that if one is glad to carry the tag of reliance. May be a good hike if you join from a previous Insurance company.

First and foremost the legal management is awful, higher authorities just keep banging the employees for non performance and why aren't good results achieved. But the fact being that they themselves don't take a call on any case even after several escalations. Targets are not set accordingly, without considering the situation crisis. No respect for women, very unruly and ill mannered co employees. Can't retain well performing and zealous employees. Worst company especially the legal department....Read More
