I started my career with Reliance Digital which was a big opportunity for me. My 5-6 years of working with Reliance digital was overall a good experience. As a bigner I learned a lot from here. Thank you Reliance

I had no objection with Reliance Digital as an organisation I had problem with my manager Mr. Shitabhra Basak to be particular. He doesn't possess the right attitude of a manager. He has excellent understanding about the business but in terms of people management he is a big zero. He is mean and self centric and doesn't know how to behave with his own employees.

The company's internal transfer policy is often unfavourable to the employees, and management demonstrates little concern for their issues.

dailly training monday to friday but not on saturday & sunday because trainer on weekly off but trainee are working on floor

I joined Reliance with good expectations but the store manager with whom I got the opportunity to work was not good and he used to talk well with everyone except 2-3 Reliance employees. They harassed us so much that I tried to get a transfer from there but my manager and HR did not cooperate. Because of this I had to leave Reliance which I never wanted to do after this. I joined Tata Croma where I have had a good experience so far but my experience with Reliance was not good at all and I cannot give 5 stars for it at all, 2 stars are fine from my side, this ground to Reliance We should see at this level what is going wrong. I had joined Reliance Digital for my better future, a good group like Tata, but I think that was my biggest mistake. I did not like Tata Group. One cannot expect any kind of help from the manager and HR team. The company should also keep an eye on all these activities at the ground level. This is my opinion.

Identify is too low , no value for hard work some superiors role a company without knowing of higher management, no entertainments or outing for staffs always sale and profits

Reliance company is good but resQ work experience is so horrible, especially for service manager it's so hectic job ever in all industries.

For resq, reliance need to work ground realities,market requirements, people management and importance of field person. resQ is failed to manage their field service manager to build strong player in the market.
