If any Festival in Day.means the not provide holiday never and never only you are work that's it, you time is extra overtime work but they not provide extra money. I am not like this culture because I am also human

Identify is too low , no value for hard work some superiors role a company without knowing of higher management, no entertainments or outing for staffs always sale and profits
