I joined Reliance with good expectations but the store manager with whom I got the opportunity to work was not good and he used to talk well with everyone except 2-3 Reliance employees. They harassed us so much that I tried to get a transfer from there but my manager and HR did not cooperate. Because of this I had to leave Reliance which I never wanted to do after this. I joined Tata Croma where I have had a good experience so far but my experience with Reliance was not good at all and I cannot give 5 stars for it at all, 2 stars are fine from my side, this ground to Reliance We should see at this level what is going wrong. SM performance, 2023 to 2024 Store profit - every month YTD profit - 16 Lacs Attached. - 6.10% RCP - 03.2% But SM gating PIP by CM. if you are want discussed no one listening to you. HR also support to ops team never sit together regarding problem.
