I have experienced great work life balance here. And the work is also fulfilling and meaningful.

Year on year increment rate is already low. And to top it, appraisals have been skipped quite a few times in recent years which is not what we expect from a company of this magnitude. This has left a bitter taste on the continuing employees.

If any Festival in Day.means the not provide holiday never and never only you are work that's it, you time is extra overtime work but they not provide extra money. I am not like this culture because I am also human

SM performance, 2023 to 2024 Store profit - every month YTD profit - 16 Lacs Attached. - 6.10% RCP - 03.2% But SM gating PIP by CM. if you are want discussed no one listening to you. HR also support to ops team never sit together regarding problem.
