Cooperative management and a very healthy work environment. Quick growth prospects up to TL level. Great for beginners who are graduates.

Dislikes

Undergraduate employees are poorly paid and all employees are hired on contract. Undergraduate employees are paid below average salaries and are given fewer leaves. Attrition is high and QAs end up doing Trainer's job.

The work was exciting but the HR policies really need an overhaul as they hire candidates with low CTC instead of high aptitude. It makes the life of a QA miserable .

Teammates were good, training wasn't really provided, nothing can be said about job security, not sure about career growth, salary was a little low, no idea about appraisals, easy to travel to the office area, no clue about politics in office, learning opportunities were very few, work environment was okay, the company doesn't seem to be innovative, work-life was okay.

Management was weak, it wasn't motivative, no encouragement towards the importance of team work, no proper appreciations.

It is a worst company, I never recommend to join any experienced job seeker. Payment date exceed mostly 15 days to 17 days late. And after resignation your salary will not clear before 1 year if you visit to take it every month two days. And if you not visit then they are not giving last month salary. Hr behave is very worst.
