The initial days of the company looked promising. They had a vision and was on the right track. Timley crediting the salary being a startup with poor finance and management should be applauded. LOL.

Nothing is good in Relevel. Management itself is confused and don't know how to take decisions. They will hire you and can also fire you in the same month. Don't waste your time here in Relevel. Look for a better opportunity where atleast there is some job security.

Everything about this company. There is no process followed everyone is ambiguous what has to be done. Management is really very poor and cannot take any decisions. Moreover, there is zero job security. Don't waste your time here.

There is nothing to like about this company, it's a living hell, it is so toxic that your talent will be suffocated, they want bootlickers if you're not they'll make sure that they will remove you by hook or by crook. Please be aware from Rathin genda, he will make your life hell if you are a women at work as he is literally a male chauvinist. Literally most of the upper management is a chauvinist in here

EVERYTHING, this company should be closed ASAP as the company is literally selling lies, there will not be a single placement from this company. You will be wasting your money. The director - he does not know anything about business but only knows excel, changes the process in every 2 weeks. People are politically incorrect and if you do not laugh at their jokes, they will target you until you don't get frustrated and leave on your own, if not they will provide PIP.
