Arrogant CEO's office. Arrogance came from the quick money they made selling Tapchief to Munjal. Management which is clueless. Poor execution of plans across departments and levels. Poor forecasting. Poor strategy designing (No risk management, no risk assessment). Dumb people sitting in higher/executive positions across departments.

The company is worst edtech Salary deduction / loss of pay is common if you don't met talktime even you put efforts in dialling. The manager and HRBP put you in PIP and make you feel like insect and don't look at your last month performance and asked you to leave. Don't join this startup as it is brother of Unacademy. No help from manager My case worst manager was there and make you work on weekends as well.

...ent and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is treansparnet . There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcad for chilling company policies are good appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year
