Nothing.They are trying to make themselves as next byjus but they will never become or even close to them.

Dislikes

They will ask the bd team to have 3.5 hrs of talktime. You wont have weekend off. Pathetic work culture Never trust their HR people because they can do nothing

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
