A Gem Among Companies Working as a Senior Software Engineer at Relevantz has been a wonderful experience. I started working from home and later shifted to the office, which I really like. The office is new, well-equipped, and kept clean, creating a great environment. One of the best things about Relevantz is how everyone, from senior to junior employees, is treated equally. People are encouraged to share their ideas openly. Talking to important people here is easy, and they offer excellent support. The office has a large sheltered parking space for bikes, which is really convenient. The security and helpdesk teams are always helpful and friendly. I had a positive experience with the insurance policy. When I was in the hospital and didn't know about my insurance, my manager helped me immediately. After completing 10 months of training as a software engineer, I've gained a wealth of knowledge and experience that has exceeded my expectations. Our training program was comprehensive, covering both behavioral and technicalaspects. The technical training was a valuable foundation, starting from the basics and building up to advanced concepts. Even though I am from a technical background, I got to know about more things because our training was designed to be accessible to everyone, regardless of background or experience. As a result, I've become a better person at coding both front-end (React) and back-end (Java), and I'm now a full-stack developer.
