No growth oppurtunities, no compensation of extra work. No yearly increments and no salary hikes.

I only like about that is process that I have handled i.e., Nagarro, LochBridge & OpenConnect.

Dislikes

The size of company is 5 employees and there is no management.Wherein, everyone takes an ownership to be a management and start to rule to others. Even the senior employees are also doing the same thing as a fresher is doing. They bother you and play lot of politics. There is no growth/career nor salary increment. It's totally a mess. They don't even respect your experience, your feedback nor your suggestions. They don't have budget to hire an HR nor an Admin. The Director whose name Saurabh Aggarwal who's located in USA doesn't have manners and speaks rubbish and abuse. The tenure of the company is 2 years and there were more than 45 candidates who joined and left the company and abused the management. Sandeep Arora and Nirmal is the manager doesn;t manners and plays politics.Salary doesn't come on time nor incentives.
